2025 - 2026
Wizr - AI product management
Built an AI-first learning platform and a voice-controlled training system on top of automated large language model pipelines. Work covered prompt and evaluation design, grounding answers against real source material, and turning model output into a product people could trust day to day.
2020 - now
Travelxp - OTT streaming and travel booking
Launched a video streaming (OTT) platform and its subscription business from zero: content catalogue, playback experience, plans and billing, and the retention loops around them. In parallel, improved the performance of the travel booking (OTA) side of the business.
2019 - 2020
Chemarc - enterprise product and workflows
Acted as the technical bridge between enterprise clients and engineering, translating messy real-world requirements into backend workflows that solved them, and keeping delivery honest on both sides of that conversation.
2015 - 2019
RGIT - leadership and events
Led a 500-plus student body, directed festivals with budgets over $30K, ran sponsorship and marketing campaigns, and organised fundraising marathons for 850-plus runners. Early practice at the parts of product work that are really about people.
